H for Hiroshima

Me and some of my friends are going travelling with the school. 7 days in Singapore, then 12 days on our own in Malaysia. Today I called AirAsia to see if a reservation I made earlier was booked (something went wrong in the bookingprocess online, so I was unsure). I have tried to call several days, but has not got an answer.... until today.

The booking I had tried to make earlier was not valid, so I had to book another. The nice lady one the phone asked if I would like her to book if for me. Okay I thought, this time I was going to get it right.

So she asked for the date, from/to etc. Then she begun asking about the passenger names (we are a total of 6 persons travelling together). I start giving my name... Jarle... I have to spell it out for her. "J", I say. "J for Japan", she says, and this countinues with all the characters in every name! ALL the characters in every name!!!! I start regreting ever letting her book for me....

But after a while I get into it... "Germany - Russia - America - Norway - London - Yokohama" (Yokohama was the only thing I could think of). Names of places and countries comes like gunfire out of my mouth! "Russia - Double Iceland - Singapore"...etc. I thought I was doing rather well!

Then I get to a person with an H in their name. "Brazil - Russia - Double America - Thailand - Hiroshima......".

Yeah... Hiroshima, the MOST logical thing to say when booking a flight with AirAsia!

Stupid, stupid, stupid!
